ON THE SUPREME COURT & PROJECT 2025

Project 2025 and or Agenda 47 are not just future schemes but part and parcel of the conservative efforts to limit government, people and media as they propagate their extreme conceptions. The 6-3 Supreme court has been nigh in achieving some of the agenda.

o Supreme Court dramatically limits rulemaking power of federal agencies.

o Supreme Court strikes down ban on rapid-fire bump stocks like those used in Las Vegas mass shooting.

o Supreme Court rules cities may enforce laws against homeless encampments.

o Supreme Court throws out obstruction charges lodged against hundreds of Jan. 6 rioters.

o Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, ending right to abortion upheld for decades.

o Use of affirmative action in admissions programs at two universities was unconstitutional.

o Navajo Reservation reserved necessary water to accomplish the purpose of the Navajo Reservation but did not require the United States to take affirmative steps to secure water for the Tribe.

o South Carolina is permitted to use a congressional map, created by the GOP-led state legislature, that a lower court said wrongly “exiled” Black voters from one district to another to protect a White Republican incumbent.
